You can pre-order an item before it is in stock and available for delivery. These items will be labelled ‘Pre-Order’ at checkout.
Pre-order items are considered sold and you will be charged the full price of the product at the time of placing the order. We cannot hold items on pre-order without payment.
Our usual returns policy applies to pre-orders once they have been dispatched.
You will be given an estimated shipping date for the pre-order. We base the estimated shipping date on information from our suppliers and this may be subject to change. We will update you through email on the delivery schedule if a delay occurs or if there are any changes regarding your order.
When the item has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Usual shipping timeframes apply thereafter.
Please ensure that your contact information is kept current so that your pre-order is delivered to the right address. You can inform us if you wish to update your information at any time before your pre-order is shipped by sending an email to email@example.com.
