Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless advised otherwise. You will be notified through an email. No orders are picked up over the weekend or on public holidays.

Your delivery address can be changed by logging in to your account and changed as desired. If you have already placed an order with us and need to change the address for delivery, please do this within 12 hours of placing the order.

We use Shipster for Metro Manila and Luzon Provincial Areas Covered (CAVITE – (Bacoor, Imus, Dasma, Kawit, Noveleta), LAGUNA – (San Pedro, Santa Rosa, Binan), RIZAL – (Rodriguez, San Mateo) which takes 1-2 days. These, however, are guidelines and in rare cases may take longer than this.

For other Provincial Areas not covered and for Visayas and Mindanao, we use LBC Express which takes 2 or more days. These, however, are guidelines and in rare cases may take longer than this.
